a. Technical Assistance & Licence Agreement with Toyo Radiator Company Limited, Japan. In October 1995, Loads Limited entered into a Technical Assistance & Licence Agreement with Toyo Radiator Company Limited, Japan. Under the agreement, Toyo Radiator Company Limited will provide technical assistance to Loads Limited for a period of ten years. In terms of the agreement, Toyo provided training to Loads personnel at its Japan facilities. This has resulted in improvement in quality, increased productivity, reduction in cost, and also enabled the company to compete effectively in the domestic market. b. Collaboration with Sankei Giken Kogyo Company Limited, Japan Loads Limited has also received technical support from Sankei Giken Kogyo, Japan, for manufacture of mufflers.
